I’m not surprised about the gas mileage lol I’ve had plenty of lifted custom trucks, that’s not my real complaint it’s the fact I can’t do 80 without it stuck in 4th gear haha

I use a gps speedometer on top of my dash Speedo and it says I’m doing 83 regardless my highway speed limits are 75-80 in my neck of the woods, and plus truck still won’t leave 4th even if I’m doing 75

I know the trans is electronically controlled, but you could check the level. If you don't want to hassle with procedure, drain and fill with 3 quarts will get you close.

If I’m doing 60-65 it’ll go into 6th gear, but my highway speed limits here are 75-80

This is not a mystery, guys. OP has $22,383 worth of extra crap on this truck and is trying to hold 80+ MPH on the highway. A fart in the wrong direction will make this thing hold 4th gear forever.

Correction: OP has extra crap he got charged $22,383 for, not $22,383 worth.

The response would be something along the lines of “Not our monkeys, not our circus.”

This is a problem that will have to be handled with the place that made the modifications.

All the weight from the bed stuff has been removed, as you can see in video nothing is behind me, all there is wheels tires, lift, roof rack with light bar and running boards. But yes it can still be a little heavy but I think this issue is still not acceptable from driving it off the show room floor, I believe it should be re geared but dealer says truck doesn’t have an issue

It's normal for it to hold a gear but not for five mins on a flat road.

Well that’s exactly my point, that video was 3 minutes long, and it was doing it for 2 mins prior before I was like I should take a video of this trip
