@llamasmurf may have been graceful enough to let me pilot the black pearl too...thanks a bunch for the experience.

I'll have to hit you up next time I'm that area for a long weekend and have my truck!
533 is a wicked drive. Love doing the 17/533/63 loop, Never been off the road though [cars/motorcycles] just exploring diving roads in the area.

Interesting, OFSC #604 runs through Dogfish Lake to connect to the Ardbeg South Trail. I guess it freezes over in some winters?

If i remember correctly from the last ardbeg trip, there is kind of a landing bay area that smooths out into the lake and there was a OFSC sign beside it. So i assume that yes it freezes over in the winter

Yea 533 is like a mario cart track, I do not drive it. :cookiemonster: Only a tiny section from the exit of Mattawa to the trail head, that is it and rarely.

But if you want to take your rig off on to some dirt roads and trails around that area, I know a few

that's what i t looks like on the 2nd gen. Using factor bumper.
also that $4000 doesn't seem to include the pullout trundle drawer.. the drawer is another $1200, the trade boxes are another $500 for both sides...
which brings it up to $6100 before shipping. say another $160 for the drawer and the 2 boxes, $500 for shipping - so $6600 + 15% = $7600 after tax and shipping.

granted that's how i would build it. you might not want the tray nore the side tool boxes

@Ralf did the math on his end already.
so lets say we just use the base config with the side grates. so lets say it's 330lbs.

Don’t have an exact weight, but it’s lighter then the stock bed. The wife and I lifted it on no issues. The stock bed is a bit harder to do on your own.

Lol as I’m sitting here eating a second lunch....

It was easily managble with two people. Mich lighter then the stock bed with no fender flares and some pieces chopped off.
