I'm looking to install an AAL on my 2020 Tacoma. Currently have Bilstein 5100 on front and back. I'm only looking to raise it 1". Although I'm not into hammering in my truck when I go off roading, I would rather avoid the issue of axle wrap from using a lift block if at all possible and install an AAL instead. (Unless someone can sell me on why I should use a lift block) looking for brand suggestions from those who have done 1" AAL.

    Thanks.

I'm planning on getting the 1.5" Icon add-a-leaf. But I'm not expecting it to give me the full 1.5" because my tacoma is a dclb with a snugtop shell in the back which weighs it down.

5.29's, ARB locker, 6112/5100, Deaver AAL, LCE Header, aFe dry-flo filter, Hurst/Core shifter, CBI T3 Front, Warn Winch, CB/UHF Radio equipment, Backrack, KC fogs and spots
I'm running the Deaver add a leaf with 5100's out back. Rides ok, gets better with a little weight on it.

Just do 3 leaf aal with overload out. You will be fine. You have have some rake which will look good. It will settle a bit also.

I went with the Toytec/Deaver 1.5" AAL. It will settle slightly and give you a nice stance. I found it stiffened the rear nicely as well.
