When I accelerate from a stop, my 75000 mile 2013 reg cab feels briefly like the rear end hits some mild rumble strips.
I’ve replaced the springs and shocks with a 2020 trd off road pro set, lifted me up about 1.5”.
Retightened the ubolts with no effect.
Thought I’d throw this out there and see what my search missed, thanks.

You checked ubolts but I was thinking axel wrap. How long have you had the lift and who installed it? Did it do it before and noticeably after?

The upgrade is recent, the truck is faily new to me and I’m not sure if the problem was present before the mod

Is this a Manual or Auto transmission?
Did this start AFTER the lift?
That will help us a lot.

(I honestly don’t know if they even made an Auto Trans Reg. cab 4x4 in 2013)

Its an auto, Im not sure if it was present before the lift.
On a reg cab there is no carrier bearing, one piece shaft.
Its very brief and mild, and it happens within ten or fifteen feet after starting out from a stop.

kinda sounds like driveline vibes to me. I'd check ujoints and rear pinion angle since it's lifted a bit

Sounds like the needle bearing, my truck does it around 20 mph. Try putting it in 4wd and see if it goes away. If so, you want the ECGS bushing to replace the stock needle bearing in the front differential.

It feels like it’s driveline, I feel it in the seat not the hands. Im going to measure the DS angle from the TC and see. Ill also grease the u joints this weekend and post the results.

The easiest thing to check is putting it in 4WD and then see if it goes away. I feel it in the seats but not the wheel as well. Try that first and then go from there.

If it goes away in 4wd it definitely sounds like needle bearing. Greasing U joints and checking driveline angle aren’t going to hurt but won’t take the vibration away. Lots of info across TW. Search for “vibration” or “shudder”
