This is just for anyone who may be interested, but essentially I was introduced to this website a few months back and have been loving it since. They have a list of stores and websites that you can shop at through their dedicated link and it just tracks the items you buy at the shop, then give you cashback. I'm only mentioning it cause many of us make big purchases on tires/wheels/parts for our trucks and they're quite pricey, so this is a nice little way of getting a little more back. They accumulate up all the cashback quarterly and send you out a check or straight to your PayPal.

Here's a link ^^^ to some of the automotive stores. I used them to get my tires from SimpleTire and at the time they had 4% cashback, so it gave me $37 back on a $928 purchase.

They have cashback for a lot of stores so feel free to use it for your other purchases as well of course. If anyone does sign up, they have a referral program too where we both get $20, so if you care for that heres my link you can use for referrals: https://www.rakuten.com/r/HASHIM413?eeid=28187

When I searched the forum I only saw a few posts mentioning the site but not much explanation about it, or anything so just thought I'd put it out there for anyone who's interested.

The issue, I think, is that you don't know what they are doing with your info. Since it is a browser plugin (I'm assuming) it has full visibility to everything you do in your web surfing. It might be able to grab your account info or passwords or mess with your bitcoin data. I don't have time right now to search for vulnerabilities in it or disassemble the code to see what it is doing, but I try to never use any extensions or plugins if I can help it. All of this is not to throw sand in your face and I certainly don't want to start any drama, I'm just a certified I.T. security person and while the browser itself is pretty secure, plugins are a big weakness. I guess all of this is to say, caveat emptor.

Nah you're good! I also have the same doubts towards it, that's why I didn't download it as a extension/plugin. I only use it for big purchases anyway, which is rare, so at least I'm not putting to much at risk I guess
