Wow, not even 20 minutes after you posted

 

Installed. Took about 1/2 hour. I screwed in and tugged on one of the supplied bolts to align the upper threaded hole and some tape to keep the clip nut centered on the lower hole. It was a little fussy but no where near the difficulty that I was fearing from reading this thread. It's solid, functional, and looks great! In spite of the issues, Katie took on a monumental task of designing, sourcing and delivering an "OEM" product that Toyota should have included in the first place! And.... during a pandemic. Not to diminish some of the difficulties folks here are having with installation, shipping and communication. I think she's getting the bugs worked out....slowly.

 

Now that we've confirmed an audience, we've come to the part of the thread called the airing of grievances...
