Lol I need to order mine too, I don’t want my truck sitting for half a year waiting on shocks but also don’t want to pair all new long travel front end with old used shocks haha.

I'm getting mine through JD so that they can set the base valving and make sure the hoses and fittings and all that jazz are correct. Same with my bumps. I figure source all from one spot especially from those that made the kit. I'm fucking stoked. The debbie downer is that shock lead time. Harry asked me how soon do I need it I said I got a trip in march if possible I'd love to have it by then but no rush I'd rather wait I know it'll all be good in the end. Hell from what I've been seeing his axles are getting made quicker than the kings at like a 10-12 week lead time.

What’s the current lead time on shocks? If you know you’re going to purchase the kit and you know you’re going to need shocks wouldn’t it be better to get the order in sooner than later?

Ultimately that is what I would of liked to do, but I committed to the +4 kit, which snowballed into more of JD parts. Life happens, Spent more than I wanted on stuff around the house, which puts my truck on the back burner with spending.

House mods are a whole new level of money pit :frusty:

Lol gotta make home comfortable! Keep the wife happy so I’m allowed to have my truck in pieces in our driveway. Still going big and doing it right, just from home! Haha.

The real fun begins when I pick up all the front end parts from Harry this week.

It's so hard to refrain from emailing them asking for an ETA. It won't speed anything up, so I'm patiently waiting for the shipping notification.

I talk to King almost every day and everyone is in the same boat. We have been a King dealer for 20yrs now and this is unlike anything that’s ever happened.

Yeah, it's a bummer but it is what it is. Not their fault so just have to remain patient.
