    Hello everybody!, a couple weeks ago the old lady and I went to Sequoia National Forest, the drive took approximately 3 1/2 hours from the I.E. below are some photos of our trip and the rig!

    No this was in the last week of November 2020. I haven’t looked to see if they’re open but I think they’re closed due to the winter season at the moment

    Sorry just seen this ! I hope you enjoyed your weekend and a good thanksgiving & my own advise is be prepared for the cold nights lol, don’t be like me sleeping in the back of my Tacoma with my lady and a couple blankets / sleeping bags. my sleep sucked that night

    It's ok. I made out ok! I brought a buddy heater for inside my RTT, and had plenty of good thermals and warm sleeping bags that worked ok. Only thing is, I'm going to return the buddy heater and get a diesel heater now because we woke up with wet tent walls and sheets in the morning after a 25 deg night. I read later that this moisture is a side effect of using the buddy heater (and our breath of course, but breath alone doesn't cause that much moisture build up).

    I know its an older thread, but these pictures are awesome! I love that state park, have been hiking throughout the Sequoias, hope to go wheeling there this summer.
