How to alarm the rear topper window

Had some low life's rob my truck while it was parked in my driveway last week. Took my snowboard bag then dumped everything 2 blocks later. Probably thought it was a gun bag.

Anyone know a good way to add a window sensor to the rear window that would tie in with the factory alarm?

 

Can u put a clown horn that gets squished when the window opens?

Yeah, videos like these do nothing but infuriate the hell out of me; I'm sure law enforcement was at a loss considering there isn't a whole lot to go off of in these shots. Sorry to see it man.

 

Contact switches / sensors to a buzzer or tap into factory / aftermarket alarm

 

Subd. Will be looking to do this to my topper in the future. Hopefully someone has done this before

 

Notice how those asshats thoroughly flashed and inspected inside of your truck before expending energy breaking into it. I installed black out tint for the side windows and macgyvered shower curtains for the rear window that I can open up when driving and close when parked. Out of sight, out of mind. Your videos confirm that might be a good prevention route. Those rats will be back.

 

Pin choice is yours. Parallel the switch to any of these.
The Unlock Detection switch is in each door lock assembly. (very thin gauge wire)
The Door Courtesy switch is on the cab frame to door.

 

My long fat ass taco can't fit in my garage even if my garage were completely empty.

 

Street level cameras will be installed in the front mulch bed soon. Plates will be captured. Fuck around and find out.
