Well it sounds like it is related to the speed, so something is knocking against the wheels, driveshaft or front drive components.

Does it go away or get louder when you take a corner at speed? Wondering if it is a wheel bearing issue, but it doesn't sound like one. Maybe something stuck in a brake caliper/ rotor?

Are you stock? Lifted and or larger tires? Any work done on the truck recently?

It doesn't get louder when turning, doesn't knock when in reverse or applying any brake pressure. I thought it had to be brakes but I've had it apart like 5 times now with all new pads, springs, shims, grease and new rotor.

I get the same noise but only when hitting bumps and was told that it's just the pad shifting up and down. With I had more input man. Doesn't seem to be on par with the rotation of the wheel or CV. Curious to know what it is when you find out. Good luck man.

Would the knock of a cv joint go away when braking or in reverse?

Sounds like the brake rotor is rubbing on the metal backing plate.

    Edit
Have also seen an inner wheel weight start falling off cause a noise like this .
Is there a bunch of mud on the inside of the rim ?
There is Not much clearance in there.

You also need to lube your rear springs . I heard them creaking as your suspension loaded up when you put the transmission into drive .
I have a studio at home . If I crank the volume , I can hear everything lol

I haven't checked that. Will be next thing on my list. It only seems to do it after I've driven a few miles and it stops when applying even minor brake pressure. Also goes away in reverse

    Yeah.
Hmm, wondering if the rotor has a slight high spot that is dragging and lifting a pad a little, then it drops back down. Other thought was the CV joint, maybe the grease is dried up, and/or lifting it to do the brakes moved stuff around inside there.

I replaced the rotor, pads, shims, springs, and fresh grease on the back of the pads/shims

I would suggest putting truck on jack stands or a lift and spinning the wheel to recreate the noise. Too much background noise in the vid to get a good feel for it.
