All this talk about Whataburger reminds me that I haven’t mentioned to y’all that my son just got hired on there. He starts on Tuesday. I foresee more Whataburger than usual in my future.

Reminds me of when I went to try and make homemade popcorn.

Instructions: heat pan with 1/4 cup cooking oil till it shimmers cover bottom of pan with popcorn shake pan til popping slows.

Me: vague instructions but I got this, 5 min later oil in pan is heated. Cover bottom of pan... pour half a bag in bottomI guess thats OK...popcorn starts popping....and popping. Lid comes off popcorn still popping. Oh crap I need a bowl. Popcorn still popping...I only have one bowlpopcorn still popping flying on the counter, floor, behind stove....turn off stove.
