37” ko2 actually measures out to 35” and some change.....

The photo shows the loaded height with the Jeep's weight on it. All truck/suv tire sidewalls compress an inch or two with weight on it.

 

Wow...and buddy says they measure that with 29 psi in them! Really?

 

Yeah, but the ko2’s run very small. Even my 315 measures just at 33”. Yes a bit of sidewall compression is normal, however the difference between @Norilsk @Therby and my 35’s are pretty noticeable.

even in the 37” tire thread they don’t count fitting a ko2 lol.

Interestingly enough the 35x12.5x17 is taller then the 315/70/17 by almost 1/2 inch (based on the tire measurement. Don’t know actual measurement.


I need new tires as mine got badly worn from the drive home from the trail after the break. So figured try something new.

Either the small 37’s or a more true 35 in a different size.

 

Poster "JRW" says his 315/70-17 KO2, nominally 34.4" tire, measures out to 34.25" on a 7.5" wheel @ 29psi. What's the problem?

Poster "Geekjeep" measured his 37x12.5-17 with the weight of the Jeep on it, so it's neither here nor there.

They run pretty small from my research.
