I think it’s leaking around where the cab seals meet the window seals. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m going to try some 3m window sealer.

Does anyone know if you can just seal the top of the light without taking it off?

I have the same problem also. I thought it was my rack on top that was the leak, but it wasn't until i did some testing. I was thinking of spraying flex seal inside the cab behind the headliner as I saw it seep through the crack where the window frame meets the truck frame. How did you fix yours?
