Brian should get you taken care of. He responded pretty quickly to me letting me know I'd receive exchange information shortly. I didn't get any more information, but he responded next day (today) that a replacement is boxed and ready to go out. :fingerscrossed:

Interesting, do the 3 weeks of PTO get banked right away in week 1 or is pro rated over a period of time?

I just got all of my PTO for the year as of January first. My company has been making big changes. The opportunity to have 42 days off a year makes me wanna stick it out and see how things progress. Old timers got the short end of the stick, after 15 or 20 years, they can only buy one week but they get more PTO days for tenure. Most are bitching because they’ve banked tons of time and have to exhaust it by 2023 or lose it. Something to think about, I bought my time at my 2020 rate of pay. When/if I sell it at the end of the year, I sell it for my pay as of that time. I usually get the highest raise in my dept so I could come out ahead. But I will gladly use every hour. :)

35 minutes start to finish. That includes looking up and reading the instructions. I ended up tweaking on the upper mount a little bit, but it didn’t seem to be a whole lot so I just went for it. I give it an 8/10. But looking at the passenger side, I only give that a 9/10.

    I give the whole order/wait/receive a 2/10. It gets a 2 because I did receive the product.

I remember when I complained about the way she was handling orders way back when and some guys (who obviously remember) jumped all over me. Now it seems I'm more ok with her then they are. Good times. :hattip:

Yeah I had to really fuck with the rivnut. Luckily I bought the 20 pack so I have 19 left over. Then I couldn't get the bottom bolt in. Turned out great but it was iffy.

Because the company only gives you a certain amount. I rather buy and sell it later if I don’t use it. In case I need it. Aka this would’ve been amazing if offered in 2019. Boyfriend was hospitalized and I wasn’t able to use FMLA because we are not married. My company recognizes domestic partners, ic an add him to my insurance, take out life insurance on him through work; but federal law does not recognize domestic partners. If I had extra PTO, I would’ve been able to spend the two weeks in the hospital with him. I was lucky enough to get his dad to fly in from the east coast and stay with him while I was working. Then he stayed a few days after he came home to take him to follow up appts. Never know when shit may happen.

It’s been a long ride. 405 to deliver, 1 day to install. Or was it 2? Pshhh, I can now close out one more thread and get back a few more minutes (pssst, more than a few) of my day.

I wish I could just get the handle to be delivered. KTJO took way too long to mail mine out to begin with (same old argument of not understanding first in, first out), but this is more on USPS at this point. I've had 3 packages in the last 6 weeks that have taken 3+ weeks to arrive, one of them took 35 days and one of them was completely destroyed. I'm no at day 14 of USPS shipping purgatory.

some of us had USPS "Priority Mail" delays, I believe it took ten days here and the delay seemed to be on the West Coast according to USPS tracking. I wish you the Best it coming in Pristine condition with all the correct hardware.

Mine was relegated to parcel select. And I know it takes time to go from Seattle area to Augusta, GA area, but 14 days is just stupid. Seeing how my last few packages have showed up destroyed or damaged, I don't' have high hopes for this one. Seeing it show damaged and also knowing how ridiculous KTJO4x4's return policies are, I'm not particularly looking forward to it.
