Yea, five minutes is about what it takes me to make the dough, and about half of that is running water waiting for it to get hot. Funny, 3 is the same time I get mine going.

My recipe is pretty close to yours:

    2c flour
    yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbs sugar
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs basil pesto
    3/4 cup hot water

caraway seeds, onions, fresh basil, fresh Parmesan, mozz, Canadian Bacon, peppers, artichoke hearts and olives. 550* 10 min.
The small 7 1/2”, #5 skillet makes the perfect size personal pan pizza!

I did try Bacon grease in the skillets, it made it to Smoky for my taste. I’ll stick to Olive oil.

I think I only did that once and it was the same time I substituted the olive oil in the crust for bacon grease :dancingbacon::dancingbacon::dancingbacon:

Sausage (I went heavy because I opened the package and cooked it all up then realized I probably should have only cooked half, oh well), white onions, and a few anchovies for that salty/fishy kick. A few drop of a vinager based hot sauce prior to eating.... one of my favorites for sure! Only thing missing was the beer. Dry January be damned!

    Looks good.

I’m always looking for new hot sauces, what do you like?
I switch between a few, red devil, franks, Texas Pete, Louisiana hot sauce, Tabasco

Have you tried Mike’s Hot Honey?
Idk if I’ll go back to any other kind of hot sauce on a pizza.
I got the spiciest one Mikes offers and then throw some red pepper flakes on too and it’s perfection.
