What the frack?

A small package 700 miles away with 2 day shipping doesn’t even move from the sending depot
For 9 days.
UPS On time.
FedEx On time.
Carrier Pidgin on time.

Should have made a road trip or use the TW cross county delivery service.

Good morning everyone.

Ouch, 9 days and no transport. WTH USPS? I had a similar problem with an order and I had to get the 2 day shipping charges refunded. It’s frustrating when you can “watch” your order and see that it’s not being actually shipped.

 

Its not an emergency thing but, it could have been more urgent, you have to think with all the other stuff the house has gotten on time, from the other carriers, much further away, makes you go

My experience has been that fed Ex is the worse. The last time I ordered with them, they left my grandson's gluten free donuts, which have in large bold letters on the box : FREEZE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, in front of my detached garage door, which is about 40 feet and out of sight from my front door. I was in the basement when they delivered. Thank goodness for the yappy little dog I have who barks at every arrival. The time before that? I watched a Fed Ex delivery man push a boxed recliner for my grandson (a Christmas gift) off the back of a delivery truck. He just dropped it about 3 feet of the back into my snowy, gravel driveway. The box wasn't even sitting level. The box was all torn up, probably due to the drop off the back and the fact that it had been on their truck for 3 days (I kept getting notices that it would be delivered, to no avail for the 2 days prior). When I confronted the guy about the shoddy effort he simply said he was just the delivery guy and I should take up my complaint with the company from whom I ordered it, then drove off. And these are just my last two encounters. I have had more bad experiences with Fed Ex then I have time to share. I would rather have anybody deliver my packages but Fed Ex.

 

I’m up, that’s all I got.

 

Similar issues with FedEx here. Their ground service is delivered by “independent” drivers and they aren’t FedEx employees. Sometimes I wonder if the even slowed down or just tossed the package out at highway speeds in my 25mph neighborhood.
