Why not buy a new v6? Just curious, got my 18 offroad 4x4 6mt for 34k brand new. Yes I know the newer ones are missing stuff but it's still new with no prior issues. Just curious is all.

$24,500 + tax vs $35,900 + tax for a 2021 TRD Sport (which is apparently the cheapest MT for 2021)

I didn’t know you could get a new one for that price out the door. I thought I was gonna be looking at around 37,xxx out the door which is roughly 10 grand more. May be something to think about though.

I literally got lucky as shit with my purchase. Brought my 17 auto in for ac motor replacement, walked over to sales and asked if they could find me a 6mt. After 30 minutes of talking another sales guy came by and said if you wanna see we just got a new manual this morning. Bought it next morning after a 24hr "test drive/ loaner". Been happy since. Sticker was 43k i purchased for 33,xxx ended up being right at 34k after taxes. I haggle a lot. Tried to get a bunch of add ons but they wouldn't budge on price with that.

    Nice.

I only talked them down to 39500 for my DC sport with premium and tech package.

Does the Molle sales rep look like this? :D

But seriously though, short bed and AT is a dealbreaker for some buyers.

I bought my 2.7 AC SR last year certified pre-owned with 62k on it. Absolutely love it would buy it again in a second. If it had the toyota certified pre-owned stamp, I think you're good to go. I dont think they'd endorse a used vehicle if it had any potential issues.

I think it sounds about right for the mileage and package and a search of the current market, I would try to haggle a little more. Mine stickered for 24.5K and was a similar package/model, so would assume that is what the dealer is going off of. But, they are getting harder to find in this config and I love mine- probably would have paid 25K for mine. I searched for about 8 months to find mine- don't understand why they don't make more. I would also have to see if there are any add-ons/convenience package, wheel package with it (if so, really good price).

I bought my 2017 Tacoma SR, Access Cab, 4 cyl, 5MT, 4x4, Utility model (rear seat delete and all black package) with 7,000 miles on it in 2018 in Virginia. They were trying to clear the lot, so I got them down to 24K and then got some military and other discount, which took it down more, so think I got a really good deal.

Mine was Toyota Certified Pre-Owned and I have had no issues with it at all and I bought out of state, with only pics from dealer. I would definitely do again.
