RESOLVED - Caliraised defunct?

Update- Caliraised contacted me with shipping info. Everything worked out.

Does anyone know if Caliraised went tits up? They haven't answered phones or emails/messages or returned the 2 voice mails.
I ordered sliders back in November. Only correspondence was the actual order. When checking the website my order says fulfilled.
I've been trying to get at least an update.

 

Hmmm, I was just at their manufacturing plant about 6 weeks ago, they were running full bore to catch up with their Black Friday orders. They didn't look like a company going bankrupt. Did you try Jake at @CaliRaisedLed , a member here on TW?

 

That's good news. I wonder why they're not returning inquiries. Actually I did send a PM to @CaliRaised805 on 12/8. Haven't heard back yet.

I have exact same issue. Ordered 12/10. Shows fulfilled 12/31. But UPS are still waiting for the item. I have left VM and multiple messages without response.

 

My issue was resolved promptly after emailing Jake at the address he provided above. I was provided tracking information as well.

 

Jake responded right away when I emailed to the email above. Hopefully it is being shipped in the next day or so.
