Good morning Tacomaworld and welcome 2021. I've been browsing for remote start keyless entries for my truck. Obviously lots of opinions out there but my limiting factors make it less cut and dry and harder to just easily search for. I'm really leaning towards @N2DesignsInc as so far they seem to be the only one to supply for my system. I've got a 2016 SR 5spd manual without a factory keyfob. Just the H-key. On this product it obviously states i can choose manual but scrolling down in bold says automatic only.

Am i missing something or are there other options?

Typo, been corrected. Automatic or Manual are selectable options, and description has been corrected to reflect this. Thanks for pointing out!

Yep, that's the way to go.
I had it on my '18 manual and it's pretty straight forward to use... I would just put in "ready mode" every time I got out in the winter.
For another hundred bucks you can add the long range fobs so that you get keyless entry plus ability to start from 1/2 mile away.

It's pretty easy with the included instructions. I put one in my SR Utility.

Even though my truck only has a standard key without a fob and its a 5spd, i assume this video still applies the same. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVzFgUeQ9yE

Yep, that's the video I used on my old 6spd. I would imagine the install will be identical for you.
Just as a side note, that truck in the video has a bunch of extra switches and wires looms. Your's will have more room behind the dash panel.
They don't show it in the videos, but I'd suggest checking that all wires are away from the clutch spring before closing up the dash.
You may also want to contact N2 and see if you really need to cut the TPMS wire if you don't plan to add a keyless entry fob (I' pretty sure the only reason the TPMS gets cut is to allow the "unlock" function from a fob.)
These are really pretty straight forward to install, just don't rush it and make sure you get all of the connectors seated well.

Thanks for the input! I do plan on keeping keyless entry. Thats been another big part of getting the system.
