The one in Buelton? I ate there one or two times when I lived down there. Which is awhile ago now. Wasn’t so bad.

    Also I was joking. I definitely don’t think it’s worth almost $5million.

But if no one buys it it’ll probably go broke and disappear.

Just talking to the local liquor store dude about that. I think the answer really is "it depends". There's a BBQ place that's hit the skids. Owner passed, relatives don't want to continue and it's for sale. It's been one of those places that's good but not great. They cater but not a lot. It's in the same boat Anderson's Split Pea is-people go because it's the place to go. But 1990 called and they want an upgrade.

I’ve worked on farms before. I’m good.
    Edit: maybe armadillos as pets.
I’ve been curious about that place for a long time.
    Nope.

I bet an armadillo farm raising armadillos for pets would be way less work and as profitable as engineering 10 testicled armadillos and having to process them for food.
I might be missing something. I know nothing about armadillos.

One of my cousins opened up her brewery/bakery last year right when all the shelter in place were starting. She had been working to open it for a couple years and had put all her money and effort into it. Lucky for her she has stayed busy all year and has become a little popular around town too.

I keep seeing this Discovery Channel advert with some crazy Russian chick yelling in the window of a nicely lifted Blue Taco.
Pretty sure it's not in NorCal but whateves. I cannot imagine being on TV like that and having to take shit from your TW pals...

Door to door sales person comes by a week or so ago for Solar panels. So I chat them up because I would like solar panels but I need a roof. Low and behold they also do roofs. So set up an appt with some one to come out and give me a quote. Company is based out of Sac area and they just opened an office here. They seem legit.

Guy calls me and ask a few questions like what my average bill is etc. then he comes by today and this is his quote:
    DB3D9AB7-AC00-40C4-938F-955DC2B40537.jpg

    One: seems weird it’s handwritten.
Two: I feel like he took my monthly average bill and just marked stuff up until a 20yr loan came out to it.

Plus somehow I owe the bank the tax credit after 18months.

Anyone here have any ideas about this stuff. I’m going to call around but I don’t think there are anymore roof/solar people in the area so I need to call both installers.
