    Getting front windows tinted with some ceramic film Monday. Torn on what % to go with... I know 35% is legal here, would like to go a bit darker to match rears but don't want to end up with fix ticket for going 25 or 30%.

    What do you guys think?

    I’ve personally never had an issue in the past with darker than legal tints.
    With that being said, it is still “illegal”, but if you don’t drive like an idiot I highly doubt you’ll get pulled over for just the tints.

    You can probably get them to match and regular people wouldn't noticed and cops have better things to do usually these days.

    However, in MA we get our windows checked at inspection, and they make you rip it off if you did too much.

    So is that a concern?
