I searched the forums and haven’t been able to find any info on this, and apologize if it has been talk about before.

With the pro having the Rigid fogs. Has anyone changed these out to Baja squadrons sae? Is there a noticeable difference in output? And how would I change the bezel from the rigid to accommodate the squadrons?

The rigids should unbolt, leaving the hole where a non-pro housing or a Baja designs squadron kit should fit and bolt right up.

The Baja designs will have 2 more led’s, and should be much brighter and possible a better spread of light as well.

Thank you. I wasn’t sure if was an entirely different housing or not.

You can compare the performance in this thread:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-led-sae-j583-fog-pod-fog-light-review.554813/

The TRD Pro Rigid’s are not very impressive, you get substantially better output out of the Rigid SAE fog D-Series lights.

I know this thread is a couple years old, but did anyone successfully swap out the trd pro Rigid for the squadrons?

Yes and yes. you’ll have to get the bezel that’s pictured on the 8th post on this thread since the rigid pros and BD fogs are entirely different shape. If you got the car specific kit from BD then yes, it’s plug and play as they include the necessary wiring harnesses, otherwise you’d need that to plug directly to the existing fog wiring.
