Measured my truck with the current bed rack on today plus the 37s. Tallest point is 6'10", which is amazing, because I go on the BC ferries a lot, and overheight is classified as over 7', so I can fit on any of the ferry decks.

My mountain bikes also fit under the tent with a little force, which is awesome!! Super pumped on that. Will probably make another bed rack that's about .5" taller just so I don't mess up my bike seats though

My dash had this insanely annoying rattle for a long time. Finally figured out what it was. My air intake relocation had cracked the cowl and was vibrating like crazy. Tried to make it tighter and didn't work. Changed it up to a different tube. Instead of a solid aluminum tube, I switched to this flexy plastic intake tube. No more rattle!!!! It's amazing! The rattle was seriously bad.

I have some ideas that would have made this way way better, but I already made the hole in the cowl too big, so I'm stuck with this setup. As long as it works and doesn't make any noise.

I used flexible hose for mine and it’s been great since I first installed a couple years back. What all did you do to fit 37s? Been debating it since these 35s are lookin a little small these days lol

Yeah you definitely did it right the first time!

I'm running the JD Fabrication LCA mount relocation plus their +2.25" long travel, which makes a tonne of space. I did also relocate the cab mount, though I don't think you need to with the JD kit. That all lets me drive around and do some moderate wheeling, but tubbing is required still around the top and especially front of the wheel well. I think I'm rubbing slightly on the front bumper too at compression. I'll figure out exactly how much needs to be tubbed this weekend when I plan to get it done

We will probably shoot another "shop vlog" episode about doing the tub job. Dunno if you saw the one about installing the JD kit

Tubbing for 37s has begun. Posting lots of stories about it on the instagram if you're interested.

Once I get my kit and everything all set up I'll be looking to do the same. I opted for the air bumps so I can set them up to optimize everybit of travel.

So I pulled the bumps and went until the ubj was binding and called that max. Put the rubbers back on and at full stuff with them they are honestly set almost perfect. I don't think I could get any more up travel out of this set up even with hydrobumps

Did you have the CO in with no coil? That's kinda what I am looking at doing maximizing every bit I can.

No coil over at all. Just straight ball joint limiting it

Just looking at your pics with my 4" kit and more aggressive offset I'm going to be cutting higher at the outside part but not going to have to cut nearly as much inwards towards the engine. It looks really good man! Can't wait to see it all flexed out and stuffing those tires!
