Yea I thought the same thing. I told my wife the first day here that the first time it breaks it's gone, she just gave me the agreement "I know you" head shake haha!

I asked my realtor if water is expensive here and she ls like hell no lol!! My guess is it was a project to see if he could do it, so I get it. Needless to say I have a solar panel, charger, a deep cycle battery in a shed along my house I need to figure out something to do with it.

That kind of work is usually done pretty cheap so it wouldn't amount to a whole lot lol. Though I do know some people that do it on the side to fund projects and what not.

The lighting and color temp is completely off too, even if they had taken out that parking lot tree in the windshield it would still look bad lol
