I think that 6.5' bed one is the nicest you've linked so far--hopefully it has no bad surprises!

One of my techs is a heavy smoker and her car is unbelievably bad--like from 10 ft away I can tell she smokes in it constantly, but it somehow isn't noticeable on her clothes or anything.

I looked at a Tundra once years ago and it was clearly a smoker's truck. I told them that was the number one thing that would keep me from considering it and the saleswoman said they had a way to get the smell out but that I needed to give them a deposit before they put any financial resources into the truck.

I walked out and she called me the next day saying her manager looked at the truck and couldn't handle the smell so they were going to work on getting rid of it anyway if I was still interested. That should have been done before they ever put it out on the lot and the argument about not wanting to until I gave them a deposit was enough to keep me from going back.

Mine has the auto parallel park. I've used it twice to demonstrate it to friends. It's impressive but also kind of terrifying and I can't see using it in real life.

My sister's old corolla was basically an ash tray...fucking gross. was mostly the doing of her boyfriend at the time who actually was a scummy piece of shit BUT the windows were caked in nicotine, ashes in the cup holder. I drove it once and almost threw up. Needless to say once that dude was gone, and now with her new car and husband, her car is much better cared for.

Someone who follows the Saints said that Brees was injured and that's why his throws were off by so much. I don't know if that's true or an excuse. As to Brady, he was about where I expected him to be. Last year his throws were off for much of the season although he and his fan base blamed the receiver corps. That was undoubtedly true, but this year he had his two favorite receivers and was still missing them as of last night.

It wasn't so much that Brady won, as Brees lost.

Note that I"m not much of a NFL fan any longer, and I never really followed the NFC. That's just based on what I've seen in a few games this year, including last night.

I wouldn't be surprised; he was already banged up earlier this year and frankly I was more than a little surprised that he came back as quickly as he did. And his throws certainly looked like they were lacking power last night.

That's disgusting! We had an older customer at Subaru that smoked his pipe in his car with the windows up. We had to practically scrape the windows with razor blades to get them clean. And it stank so badly that I would literally stick my head out the window when I had to move it. And just sitting in it for a few minutes at most, I smelled like burnt pipe tobacco for the rest of the day.

I'd usually immediately roll the windows down to let it air out, stink up the shop, and it wouldn't make much of a difference at all.
I do love cigars. That will never change! That's my go-to in the garage.

Oh no, I'm not salty at all. That's what the whole rest of the country, which seems to be filled with Brady haters, is saying, and I'm mocking them. They say he is done, old and useless, but I don't agree at all. He's in the NFC Championship...

I did building maintainence in my younger years, the owner of the company always smoked a pipe. Could smell it through the building

Be more fun to see him win another ring..but yes. I'm sure we'll never really know but I surmise it was similar to Ray Bourque leaving the Bruins in terms of Brady wanting to get another ring and the Patriots not going the win now route

    I am rooting for them.

I dont know... I think Brady missed a few for sure but some of those throws were dimes and the receivers dropped them.

Brady at 43 years old looks f'n great. Dude just keeps going and still playing at an elite level. 40 TD passes had him tied for second with Russell Wilson and 2 more than Mahomes. So much for falling off a cliff... (Looking at you Max Kellerman and Rob Parker)

Howdy all - @mach1man001 made a comment that I have been MIA so... Hi all

Got the heating setup in the barn - waiting for inspection and Irving to drop a tank. Started putting up poly sheets to trap the air in, the other side is all osb'd so this side needed something. Did some organizing and moved the wood up on the upper rack and out of the middle area.

Also having 11 tall trees removed from the back/side yard.... That's been pricey...

Truck is still sitting waiting for some frame repair, have a few leads on someone who will chop and weld in some new plates for me. Between work and the house haven't really had much time to work on the vehicles so they're all suffering from neglect.
