I didn’t see a thread specifically dedicated to problems that occur after increasing tire size or lifting. I hardly have a “lift”. I run bilstien all around with the .85 option up front and tsb springs in the rear. With the leer cap, it sits level. My tires are LT 265/75/16 Michelin’s defender ltx (no rubbing). I’ve had 0 cv issues with the modest lift, but had to change the wheel bearings up front at 107,000. I believe this is partly due to the LT rated tires and harsher ride. Now at 153,000 the rear hubs are starting to make some noise. The Michelins are great on and off road and the e load has prevented flats even after a few nails, screws, and roughy terrain out west. I’m happy with what I have and don’t think I will ever increase the lift. I see a few bros on here that seem a little unsure about future lift or tire options because they don’t know what issues they’ll have in the future. If you have some harsh ride or any issues because of your current or past set up, I’m sure a few folks on TW would like to hear. D2E12F9C-53E8-4E25-AD88-5563AAD8490B.jpg

I change the wheel bearing in the front at 50k whether they are making noise or not. The unit bearings and larger tires on these trucks don’t play well together

I’m cranked all the way up 5th notch, toy tech 1.5 blocks and shocks in the rear with a camper shell. Sits pretty level. I’ve got no issues except the needle bearing I will soon be replacing. But that seems to be a common problem on our trucks lifted or not. Other than that no issues! 37EA639F-406A-4F4F-B81F-01EA24329612.jpgC0C3B660-F2BC-4951-BFBA-E5BDD5DBE124.jpg
