    • CNC Laser Cut and Formed
    • Fully Bolt-On
    • Requires minor Front Bumper Cover Trimming
    • Includes Edge Guard to Cover the exposed edge from Bumper Cover Trim and all hardware and brackets to install
    • Delivered To Your Door Step
    • Weighs 70lbs Installed
    Instructions (temporarily until I have time to make better ones and load on the website):

    Follow the PDF attachment on how to remove the bumper cover and crash bar. Stop at Step 10.

    Put the bumper cover on something that is not going to scratch it facing upward so you are looking at the face. Where the black lower lip is on the front bumper (see attachment), trace the perimeter with a sharpie. Flip the bumper over so you are looking at the inside and remove that lip. Then the sharpie line is the cut line. Once cut, apply the edge trim that comes with the bumper and reverse the steps to put the bumper cover back on. Install your winch and/or light bar in the slimline bumper and then put the bumper up in place so that the studs on the front of the truck are through the slots. Loosely secure the nuts to hold the bumper on.

    Then referencing this Youtube video of our front bumper install, go to the 19:15 mark to see how to install the side straps.

    Final step is to install the frame reinforcements on the underside of the chassis. The go between the chassis and front sway bar bushings. Drop the front sway bar, put the brackets in place and through bolt the front of the reinforcements into the the slimline bumper using the supplied 3/8-16 x 4-1/2" long bolt, washers and nuts. See picture for a better explanation.

    Go through and tighten any and all hardware and hook up the winch and light bar.

    Great looking bumper. Very interested in getting one. I placed one in my cart. I had a couple questions - realistic lead time? And shipping time (I’m in San Diego)? Can you point me to the installation video you reference in your post here? Thanks. T.

    Good evening,
    @Mobtown Offroad

    I hope you all are doing well and Happy New Year!

    It has been 7 months now since I ordered and paid for skids for my 2017 Tacoma. I know you all are behind and at last when I asked a month ago you could not give me a delivery date.

    Is there some way you can put a rush at this point on my skids please? I have a big trip coming up in February and my stock skid has a big hole in it. If it is possible to make this happen I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks and take care.

    We shipped the first batch at the end of last week and the second batch goes tomorrow. This completed every skid plate that’s currently in order with us less a few fuel tank and transmission skids. They’ll be shipping in a few days.
