    Solenoid? Like most winches when they fail. Try the winch without them using jumper cables

    Oh it's definitely something in the control box as it's not sending power to the winch motor when you hit the switch, I just don't care to try and track it down. It's a little rugged looking anyways I like the look of the new ones.

    Yeah I don't like electric winches because of their solenoids. That's why I'm plumbing a hydraulic winch during my v8 swap.

    Hello to all Floridians:drunk:how are ya? How are your Tacomas doing? Mine had a little cough a while back, I got worried but it wasn't covid. It was a bad wire. I took care of that little issue. I took it for examination later and the tests showed a little oil leak in the front. It's in surgery right now but it will be okay in no time. After many daily miles it needed a checkup. We dont want to be loosing the precious Penszoil lubrication from its heart. okay enough off that I'm just being stupid now.:taco:
