I recently bought the OV tuner and got it late last week. I downloaded the software from their website and all I get is a huge blank screen. We also tried this on my dads computer with the same results.

    1. downloaded the VF+Tuner+Insteller.exe
    2. ran VF+Tuner+Installer
    3. opened VF Tuner
    4. only get a blank white screen (shows map defintions/logger but no files) after entering our credentials.
    5. Cannot locate on either computer where the toyotacal app in VF Tuner is. Cannot extract this information like the instructions call out.

I did notice that the site is under maintenance could that have something to do with this or are we completely doing something wrong.

You have to navigate to where you stored the files. The Tune Pack files will be where you saved them.

c:\Program Files (x86)\vftuner will have all of the available Stock tunes.

I believe all this info is covered in the vF Instructions:
    https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0885/5830/files/vForest_Tuner_Instructions.pdf?v=1592182954

There is also a copy of these instructions in the Program Files folder.

So here is where it all went wrong.. after we downloaded the tune and entered the master key we were trying to follow the instructions in the ToyotaCal+Editor+instructions PDF. It was completely throwing us for a loop with not knowing what we were looking. for.. WE would delete the program and try it again thinking something just didn't load.. We are now waiting for a Mater Key reset as we have since used the three times it could be loaded. We have also found other instructions on the webpage that shows a different route that we should have been taking and now understand that the ToyotaCal+Editor+instructions was meant for making small changes to a tune and not just using one of the purchased tunes (which is why I now know that we were looking in the wrong spot).

Not VF tune fault just my fault for not looking elsewhere before uninstall/reinstall of the program on my computer.
