PXL_20210220_224441815.jpg Here is just a guess:

A block of aluminum (so it doesn't rust) the width of the Yakima opening with a hole drilled thru it for the Yakima bolt.

2 spaced apart holes drilled/tapped through the side 90 degrees from the initial hole. Align these holes with slots in bar and attach blocks with correct size/TPI (threads per inch) bolts as the tapped holes. Attach ski holders to third hole with Yakima bolts.

Make sense?? Pics I saw of KB Voodoo Hi rise bars didn't show 't' channels, just spaced apart slots.

Lol holy shit thanks for the help dudes. I ended up using my tslot bolts from my rtt and cut somenold metal up with a grinder as a back plate inside. To screw in. Had to chop up the mounts a little bit as well but it works. Ill remove it and take some pics for you taco girl.

Ps. Im changing my user name to tacogirl66 for quicker help... haha jk

I was actually going to say to use a eye bolt. Thread that bolt thats on the rack into the eye, then put the eye into the track and bolt it down. But there might not be enough space for that.
