I don't understand... do you think it's because I am depressing the pedal with my foot?

    It's Friday!!!

Keep your foot on the pedal until the needle gets up in the red. Then just hold it there until your truck starts printing money.

Soon as I can figure out how to turn this into a decal I am sticking it across the back of my tailgate. I can't leave my house and get on the road without being swarmed by Raptors. This will give those 450hp steroided meatheads something to read at the stop lights.

These are 40K dollar trucks. It you're doing something wrong, the truck should know damn good and well and compensate for it.
Just like omitting bed cubbies, glove box dividers and driver's side grab handles, Toyota is skimping everywhere.
I'll bet the new Ranger doesn't idle high just because you've got you foot on the gas..

Sounds like you need an ecu tune. Did you add a CAI? It could be the factory drag racing stall on the sport models if you are in S mode with ECT on.

I'm pretty sure 1 in every 10 cars on the road is a raptor here in my town. Too many of them
