    that sucks I have a bum elbow and 2 old shoulder injuries I deal with it sucks big time I feel for ya.
    If I’m not careful my shoulder can dislocate from a hard sneeze or fart at times.

    Ugh, thats blows. My shoulder is the same. My chest pops a lound once once inna blue moon too. If i feel it and cant get it to, then it starts to agitate me badly until it does. Old child hood injury that haunts me

    I deal with a couple of other things that I can push through with. But that left arm tendinitis is a deal breaker. Usually I can feel it coming on and back off for a few days before it flairs up too bad. But I was pushing it with some 30 lbs dumbbells and on my 5th set of 10, alternating between curls and arm lifts and I instantly felt it. The acute ones are always way worse than accumulative ones.
