    Hi all,

New member here. I just got a '21 Off-Road and looking for a tonneau cover, preferably a soft or hard folding one. Budget is open but looking for local dealers that can install while I wait. Besides 4 Wheel Parts in Santa Ana, do you know of any other local stores I can browse for options? Thanks in advance.

I would scan your local craigslist or marketplace for a cover. I got my tri fold hardcover from
a Tacoma World member for $200 bucks and it was pretty much new.

I got a cheap one from Amazon about 3 years ago, soft top that rolls open/close. I have abused it through various desert mud run, snow, rain and it has held up pretty well. They are very easy to install too as their hardware brackets just screw into the bed rails with some basic tools. No need to pay dealer or anyone IMO.

Not bad. I had to do a little modification to the bracket and drill out a larger hole. But I think I could have man handled it a bit more to get it to fit.

I also cut down the gasket a little bit so it would be easier to close. I’m not too concerned about keeping it 100% dry in my bed.

Overall for the price, definitely worth it. I plan on upgrading to a hard tonneau or camper down the line so this is the perfect interim while I save money.
