    Hello everyone,
Machinist here! I have made mounts for rock/hood lights out of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. They can be mounted in the fender well, along the frame, or in my case, under the hood to add extra lighting to wherever you like. Mounting holes are countersunk for 3/16” rivets (not included). Light mount bolts (included) are 1/4-20x5/8button head screws. These were made for Amack lights https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ABPGAUC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_fabc_9tMVFbDNPGNRK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

    The prices are as follows:
    2 for $30
    4 for $50
    8 for $80
Will ship at the buyer's expense. Message for shipping estimates.

    Nice!
Are these prices just for the brackets or do the lights come with them.

Lights are separate. I’m doing this on the side and out of my pocket, so it’s really not feasible to buy a ton of lights without knowing how much of a market there is for the brackets. Kind of testing the waters on the demand first. And I kind of figured it would be cheaper on the buyer's part to only pay shipping once, buying them directly, than for me to essentially double charge on the shipping

Hey, I know you from the song thread
I’m also willing to machine mounts for different brands. Just let me know. I’ll be glad to help any of my Taco brethren out

Damn if only the tab was bent to a 30 or 60 degree I'd be all over these!

Just bent one I already had made at a 30 degree angle. The bend lands in the countersunk rivet hole. What I can do is extend the tab and move the holes up to clear them away from the bend so the rivet head will still sit flush. 60 degrees will be a little much and crack the aluminum. So 30 degrees will be the max

I was hoping you were more towards the south, I'm right along the FL/GA line. I think the shipping would be more cost effective than driving the tank. Are you going to continue making these based on requests or is it going to be a limited run depending on demand?

I’ll keep making them as long as people want them. I just wasn’t going to do a full on production run until I got a feel for the demand.
And depending on how many you order, if it’s under 16oz, I think I could USPS Priority them for relatively cheap. I think I have 10-12 currently on the shelf.
