Selling our CVT St. Helens hard shell RTT. Purchased new in fall 2019, used on two overnight trips summer 2020. Garaged since new. BajaRack not included.
About as convenient as it gets, with electric raise and lower. Plug-in control with wireless remote included.
I’ve had several roof top tents and this one is by far the fastest to set up and close, and just as comfortable as the others. I’m 6‘3“ and have plenty of room- the base frame is 83” front to back. Extendable ladder with carry case.Three awnings with struts. Quilted wall liner (folded on the mattress in pics) included for cool weather use.
The electric lift makes this so easy to use, especially mounted higher on the truck. All four electric struts work like new. The ladder can mount on either side.
Rack mounts (metal with rubber pads) included for round or square bars. I trimmed the factory bolts down for a low profile fit – they will fit about a 1 inch round or square bar, or longer if you switch to thinner pads.
We’re not in a hurry to sell, but thought we would post to see if anybody else would get more use out of it than us. Price is negotiable depending on how far I need to travel to meet. I’m about an hour south of the Seattle//Tacoma area, and two hours north of Portland.

Great price for this hardshell. Did the tent interfere much with the fin underneath? GLWS.

No fin on my rig, so I’m not sure how tall those are. I see about 3” of clearance to the tent platform, maybe 4” depending how far back those fins are mounted. This BajaRack happens to have a big cutout around where the fin would be. Depends on the brand of rack I guess.

I don't remember the exact specs, but around 120-130lbs. Pretty straightforward two-person job to lift.

Great price, GLWS. If you were on the east coast I'd've been tempted to upgrade my current tent.

Since a message came up about the electric lift... The square white control box plugs in when you need to raise or lower. It has two wires- one goes to a dash cigarette lighter-style plug, and the other plugs into the the tent. Once that control box is plugged in you can use the remote if you want, like when walking around it as it lowers. Pic below is the plug on the underside of the tent. The way I have it mounted, it connects above the driver's door.

Argh. I really want this and I'm relatively close. How comfy is the mattress? Are you able to leave sleep gear in place when tent is lowered on does that need to be removed first?

We're trying to buy a commuter car right now but might need to switch funds back to "finishing" my Tacoma. I might reach out via PM tomorrow or Thursday but here's a bump and a GLWS for you for the time being.

I've been impressed with the mattress. Several brands I've used before were taller foam but collapsed more and felt like lying on the base platform by morning. Not the case with this one.
I wouldn't expect to leave all your cold weather bedding in there, but there's easily room for some. There are 8 clamps that hold the lid down- I prefer to let those reach their connection point without needing to push down on the lid. It would probably hold more and still clamp down, I just haven't tried that.

Interested. Can it be raised/lowered manually just in-case? I know my Midas touch very well at this stage of the game...

I'm just east of Reno so it's doable.

I've never tried to open/close manually, so I'm not sure.

I'm keeping my eye out for a good deal on a hardshell and this is definitely peaking my interest. I have a 5ft bed so I'm still on the fence over how much I'm willing to let it stick out and such too. I'm down in central CA but I have family in down in Clark county.

I have a DCSB too, and debated mounting this on a cab height rack over the bed. We had a Tepui over the bed that way when we lived in AZ, but since we're in WA now I opted for a shell over the bed.
