Swinging Truck bed box

Anyone have one of these? Any good? I see there are knock off versions that at $100 cheaper than the undercover box.

Since I have a Tonneau cover and needed a box of some sort to hold some stuff near the tailgate. I put 2 eye rings on the side cubby hole existing screw holes, then used one of those plastic milk crates, secured with a strap to the 2 eye rings. Works like a charm.
