    Hello All,

I have finally made an account on TW after years of lurking.

I had a second gen Tacoma with under 55K miles I had begun to outfit, however the vehicle was totaled in an accident in December due to a driver running a red light. My baby never saw my garage again.

Fast forward to January and I bought a brand new 2021 TRD Off Road double cab. I have not driven the vehicle much, less than 30 miles, but I am looking forward to outfitting this vehicle.

Now I've got some catching up to do on the ins and outs of the 3rd gens.

Welcome Southern New Mexican. I’m a Buequeño who moved to Pittsburgh. Well, I’m not a true Burqueño but my wife is. Anyway, there’s a lot of content on YouTube to plan out your build. Have fun man! Explore those open roads. You’ll also like how these trucks cruise at high speeds pretty easily, which is good for NM. I bought mine just over a year ago.

Welcome! Transplant from New Mexico as well. Born and raised in Santa Fe until my wife brought me out here. I had a similar situation happen to me. My 2015 was totaled on a trip home after visiting NM. Ended up with a 2018 Tacoma. I like the 3rd gen ok but I sure miss my 2015.
