I bought my OR at $33,500 in early May during the beginning of the COVID craze. KBB now has my truck selling between 38-40k to a private party. Pretty unreal.

I just traded my excellent condition 2016 TRD OffRoad DCSB MGM MT yesterday at 56k miles. New tires, super clean interior, premium sound, sunroof, black plasti-dip grill and emblems, no dents/chips/scrapes, but original factory brakes/clutch. The dealership also runs a toyota used dealership across the street and said that due to covid and manufacturing being behind there aren't enough used cars being traded in to maintain inventory. They gave me $26,500 in trade yesterday and listed it on their site today for $31,665. The original cash price (before trade and warranties back in May 2016 was $37,963)

I am speechless...19 years old, about the same price as when they were new.

I bought my 2009 in 2.5 years ago at a dealer for 10k 140k miles. Probably put 3k in upgrades on it. Sold it a month ago for 9k 175k miles. Dealer wanted to offer me 4500 trade in. Sold it two days later for 9.

Probably could of gotten 10 back but it was a teenage kid's first truck, him and his dad seemed like good people.
