If you have an SR and want to do the Nitori's OEM fog light mod and you aren't pre-wired (or if you just don't want to do the light stalk replacement even if you are pre-wired), I did an easier modified version for the interior wiring up of a fog light switch you might want to look at:
    Nitori's OEM SR Foglight mod!

Did you need to remove anything to get to the fogs? Seems like a limited amount of space to do it from the top down.

Honestly, you just remove the covers by sticking your hand down behind the headlights and pushing down the tabs, then you screw the one screw per light into it from the back. I didn't take anything apart, its not even slightly hard to reach them from the engine bay.

Lol well I installed my fog lights without taking anything apart and I found it to be “slightly hard”. Taking the covers off was easy as you say by reaching down on the engine bay and squeezing the tabs in and pulling on the cover edge from the front. I inserted my fogs in from the front by angling them in and inserting the two tabs on the one side into the slots. My son held the lights on place as I used a very short magnetic screwdriver to insert the screw into the top tab on the other side. On one fog I uses a tiny Allen wrench shaft to ensure the fog light tab hole was aligned before screwing in the screw. I liked having my son help Hold the light in position to ensure I didn’t drop the fog onto the driveway and break it. I had a flashlight in one hand and the magnetic screwdriver and screw in the other.
Degree of difficulty - moderately easy but awkward.

thanks for the input. I will give it a try. The last time i tried pulling off the bezel, i broke a tab on each bezel but i didnt stick my hand in the back to push the tabs though.

So I have a 2020 SR with the TSS Package. I'm pretty sure I am prewired for fog lights. All I would need to purchase is the fog lights, the harness (82114-04010) and a relay but what about the switch? Would the fogs automatically be turned on when I turn on the lights?

You need a fog light button, you can use the old school oversized blank one that is below the headlight button.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-Blue-L...ruiser/264298086361?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

You need the fog lights, they are 29 bucks on ebay. its the same fog lights for every toyota from the corolla to the tundra or whatever. They are cheap.

Then you need the harness, but you can make you own for a couple bucks.

The factory plug harness is on the bumper rail right in plain view when you open the hood and look down. I lopped it off and put on my own waterproof connectors to save the $50 over the stock harness.

Then cut the BLUE? wire in the steering column and ground it through the switch. Done and done.

Also, I've been drinking so while my answers are technically correct, you should probably read the writeup somewhere on here on the site that has photos and stuff.
