I made this purchase from Headstrong and should get the kit tomorrow. I have an appointment to have it installed on Monday. I am now reading about these sagging. I really do not want more than 2" lift. Should I go ahead and add spacers up front. It comes with a 1/4" for the driver side. I am a little bummed that Headstrong did not mention this in their charts. It also makes me mad that I didn't research this better. I thought that I did, but its crazy after ordering that I find a gazillion threads about sagging issues.

IMO opinions vary. IMO oem coils don’t sag. That’s exactly why I kept oem coils in. Ride quality will vary.
    Good Luck

Thanks, It blows because I paid to have the OME coils pre assembled thinking it would save me some money on the install. Now if i have the shop take them out and use my stock springs, I am sure I will have to pay more to have that done.

IMO just run them now and see what happens. Worth a shot OP

Thanks, when I bought the truck at Thanksgiving it had a 3 inch spacer lift on the front, and 2 inch block in the rear. I can't wait to get these out, and see if it rides better. This lift seemed like what everyone was recommending for a budget suspension lift, and then all of a sudden after I placed the order I start seeing the sagging issues threads. I emailed Headstrong yesterday and asked if I need to be concerned about this issue, but I have not heard back from them yet. Ultimately it falls on me for not finding this issue before I placed my order, but dang I have spent hours on this site since I got my Tacoma. Crazy I never saw these issues, or searched the right terms. LOL

I can relate. I also put a spacer lift on at first :anonymous:. Removed that shit and got 5100’s and AAL. SPC UCA’s. Wouldn’t change a thing. For a daily driver and a weekend warrior great budget lift. Good luck keep me posted , post pics on install:thumbsup::thumbsup:
