Anyone have any suggestions on roads to check out for BLM camping in the Great Basin? I don't want to steal anyone's specific hidden spots, but would love to know where to begin when I drive through the area.

    Thanks in advance!

Check out Mt Washington on the Nevada side of Great Basin NP. Several cool old mines/ghost towns up there. Also Check out Great Basin NP, the view from the top is amazing.

We stayed at Cleve Creek campground which is just under an hour East of Great Basin National Park. There’s some decent spots at the entrance, but more secluded spots along the river the farther down the road you go.

Gandy Warm springs is also not that far, and a very pleasant spot.

Don't know if you are asking about the park or just dispersed camping... I used to live in Reno and spent a lot of time on dirt to the east. A great place with a wonderful view is Spencer hot spring near Austin Nv. After a night of camping and soaking head south on 376 towards Arc Dome. The Big Smokey Valley is amazing in the morning... head up FS 44017. there are some great mine left overs as you climb to the Toiyabe crest on the edge of the Arc Dome wilderness. This is a tough road, but last time I was up there doable in a stock truck. What is cool about this is that you can go up and over into the next valley to the west and then play along the Reese river. This is just one small area but you can go N, S, E, W from here and find AMAZING camping and solitude. This is the open door to explore!

Not in the park specifically, I meant open/dispersed camping on BLM land. Thanks for the tips though folks!

The list is long but distinguished
Great info! I just got back from Black Rock Desert area and I am enamored with Nevada. The scenery is so varied and the opportunities for dispersed camping is fantastic. Definitely going to check out these areas.
