    With good tire and without ice, 2w drive is fine. When I live in Maine most dangerous thing is black ice.

    WOW! So jealous. Great pics man. Can't wait to do some of this in the next 2 weeks or so. This weekend should get a good pack of snow as well.

    When driving off road solo and trails get sketchy I use the go in in 2W come out in 4W rule. Be prepared for a long walk. I have all the basic shit for recovery except max trax but I just bring some 5/4 boards. .Enough to build up a few wheels and or have a solid base to use jack.
