I currently have leveling spacers, but now it’s time to replace the struts and shocks. Any advice as to whether I should get the Bilstein 5100s and ditch the spacers or just get some Rancho rs5000s and keep the spacers?

5100's are pretty reasonably priced, might as well do it right. Get the right springs too rather than over compressing the stockers. The springs are under $200

Got the 5100s on order. Contemplating the springs. Is there a huge difference with the springs?

It comes down to intended lift height primarilly. OME are popular and solid. Most of their options will have a similar spring rate as stock to preserve ride. I did 884s to achieve about 2" on my access cab (with no extra weight from bumpers etc). There are options with more or less. Also consider a 1/4" drivers side spacer to correct the drivers side lean(a lot of us do this while you are in there).
The consensus seems to be that if you are lifting the front only one or two grooves (.85"-1.5")you can get away with compressing the stock springs without major decrease in ride comfort, but the more you go the harsher the ride can be. Using the correct length spring with the snap rings on the bottom will provide the best possible ride.
Headstrong is a great vendor, check them out. They also have their own brand spring that is similar (when available).

I did 5100's all around and a HeadStrong Off Road +3 AAL + 1/4" Driverside spacer to correct any potential lean.

For the coils (springs) it really depends on how much weight you have up front: 4x4? Steel Bumper? Winch? Etc.. & how much lift you want

    Considering looking through here: https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/c144/Lift_Coils_for_2005-2015_Toyota_Tacoma.html
    • OME 883: 375mm in height, 590 pound spring rate
    • OME 884: 390mm in height 590 pound spring rate
    • OME 885: 395mm in height 590 pound spring rate
    • OME 886: 402mm in height 660 pound spring rate
    • OME 887: 400mm in height 590 pound spring rate
    • OME 888: 405 mm in height 590 pound spring rate

I really don’t have any extra weight up front. I’m just looking to level it out. I’m not planning on lifting the rear at all. I drive on a lot of ice so I’m only changing from a 265 65r17 to 265 70r17. I was considering switching to a 285 70r17 but I’m not sure that they’ll fit without lifting everything more. By the way, thanks for your help guys!
