OK, so like an idiot I backed into a garbage dumpster. (and on my birthday) I was able to take the plastic off the tailgate and bang out most of the damage however the bumper is a different story. Since I will be replacing, I would like to go after market. I don't want any extra lighting just the license plate lights. I don't have the back up sensors. Any thoughts on bumpers? Would like to stay under $650 if possible. Thanks in advance. IMG_0953.jpg

Have you considered a railroad tie?

    JK, I'm not helpful

Bamf. May be a little over budget once you get hit with shipping. Jerry could probably help you out with skipping the auxiliary light mounts if you really don't want those. @JLee

Unfortunately you will not be able to stay within that budget for an aftermarket rear bumper unless you get a weld it yourself kit or get a tubular bumper. Even with shipping it will go over budget. The cheapest 2020 bumpers are going to start at $850 and that is without shipping and 2 month lead times.

    OP,

I had a Fab Fours bumper on my 2005. Loved it. A bit more money that you are looking to spend, though. I would definitely put one of those on my 2020 TRD OR ... and probably will when I am ready.

Lots of good suggestions from the folks here. This one looks to be okay for under the price point you are looking for:

I have seen some simpler ones here ... looking forward to other suggestions as well right along with you ...

I actually looked at that bumper but couldn't see where there was a cutout for license plate lights. Thought it was a great looking bumper.

Yeah, bummer. It did say this:

"The Desert Series rear bumper will fit specific to your vehicle and will include all necessary hardware to bolt directly to the frame of your truck. This bumper features a spot to mount a cube light on each side of the bumper, as well as step corners for easy bed access."

I've seen a few pretty simple bumpers featured from some of the members here that looked good and appeared to be reasonable. I hope a few weigh in ... if I recall there was a series of nice bumpers from a company in Texas (I think?) that looked very simple, had good design and seemed to be priced nicely. I'll see if I can find them and send them your way as options ...

    Thanks
I chatted with the vendor and they recommended putting LED light bolts to illuminate the plate.
