3rd Gen Tacoma TRD Offroad OEM suspension.
Taken off at ~50k miles.
It will fit any 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 Tacoma, and according to this forum 2nd Gen as well, giving a better ride quality +1" lift.

I've upgraded my suspension, so this one may benefit someone else.
$100 for all you see in the picture.
