Just got my Warn Evo with synthetic rope. Don’t love the metal hook.... out here everything rusts in short order.

How hard is it to replace the hook with a thimble?

Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
Get a Factor 55 and it's as easy as removing the cotter pin to take your hook off and then a C-Clip on the factor 55 link.
    We usually recommend a Flatlink-E

Factor 55. The only way to fly.

I have a Factor 55 thimble on mine it's dead simple you don't have to back splice or anything, take the dime sized interior snap ring out drop the pin out put the thimbled line into it reinstall the pin and the snap ring and you're done.
