    So I “borrowed” this pic from Tarl_Cabot on another post (sorry Carl).
    My question is if anyone knows what this plug is for? I’m guessing something electrical hence the wires but that’s about it. Lol

    There's a missing wire that's supposed to come out of the right side of that plug. It leads to a sensor on the hood latch. (Presumably, this is to tell the system that the hood is unlatched.) I just checked my truck and that's what I found.

    Thanks I figured it was a pre-wire accessory wire. I had hoped it would be for something with the parking light circuit and could power a relay or something useful. Oh well I appreciate the response it’s to cold for me to be out investigating.
