Look like the dealer sprayed my steering wheel of my 09 tacoma with some type of black paint before selling it to me. Its now peeling off. Anyone ever seen this stuff? It was a dodge dealer so maybe it only works on dodges. I don't understand how the sw could be that bad looking after 1 year.
