I have a 06 2.7 2wd that just had the head gasket replaced about 3 months ago and since then it has been giving me p0300-0301-0302-0303-0304 misfire codes and p0441and p0455 evap codes and since the gasket change I have replaced the full fuel system from the fuel pump to the injectors and the full evap system front to back and I have also replaced all of the running electrical besides the alternator but it has been tested and passed
So dose anyone have any idea of what is causing the misfire

Ignition coils are usually the first culprit with a misfire.

Was the head gasket replacement done after you overheated it so bad that the engine quit running?

    I missed that part?

Let’s hope this is not true.
And if so, the head and block deck were checked BEOFRE the gasket was replaced.

Has it been running with the codes since the head job? If so that would lead me to a possible timing issues.

Unfortunately yes it was changed because the the motor over heated to a shut down 2 weeks after buying it with a bad radiator and I had the head and block checked and machined flat with all new seals and I went threw the timing setup 20+ times while reassembling to make sure I was doing it Wright the first time I really hope the shop manual was correct

    I don’t know about the 2.7.
But the 4.0 doesn’t like mill work unless you use new gasket with the add thickness to compensate for the mill work on the head/block. I don’t know if this would cause the misfire?
You’d think you would have a CEL for crank/cam/timing.
But all you have is 300 codes.
