    Personally, I am extremely reluctant to purchase a vehicle that has been modified. I have no idea the quality of parts, and I have no idea about the quality of the work done.

    So, yeah, you might be able to build a vehicle very specific to your desire, but that makes it harder to sell, and may actually lower the value of the vehicle compared to if it's left stock.
